InstincTrader Privacy Policy

InstincTrader is an entertainment game about timing simulated market charts. It is not a brokerage, exchange, financial adviser, or investment service.

Guest Solo

The guest demo does not require registration, read your saved account profile, or save demo results to an account. Its profile and results stay in page memory and reset when you leave or reload. Your hosting provider may process ordinary web request data, such as IP address, to deliver the site.

Account Data

InstincTrader uses account sign-in so players can keep their profile and compete on leaderboards. We collect username, password credentials in protected form, optional security questions and protected answer records for password recovery, birthday for age eligibility, profile choices, preferences, high scores, statistics, missions, streaks, achievements, Kudos balance, unlocked profile items, and feedback you choose to submit.

Multiplayer Data

When multiplayer is used, the app sends player ID, username, profile icon, room code or queue type, round settings, and game result statistics to the matchmaking server. This is used to create rooms, match players, collect results, show multiplayer summaries, and operate Global leaderboards.

Sharing

Share buttons use your device share sheet. Content is sent only to the app or service you choose.

Website Advertising

This website currently serves no advertising and includes no AdSense ad requests. The native mobile app may use Google AdMob. Website advertising, if introduced, will be limited to suitable public content pages and excluded from the guest demo, account screens, gameplay, matchmaking, loading, errors and redirects.

Mobile Ads, Analytics, And Third-Party SDKs

The mobile app may use Google AdMob to show banner ads and full-screen ads between rounds. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share data such as IP address, ad/device identifiers, product interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. InstincTrader does not currently include a separate third-party crash reporting SDK.

Local Storage

When you sign in, the app stores account profile data and session information locally and syncs account-backed progress with the backend. Guest Solo does not overwrite that saved profile. Clearing browser storage removes the local copy but does not delete your server account; use the deletion request link below.

Children

InstincTrader is not intended for children under 13.

Security

The production service uses encrypted HTTPS/WSS connections. Local development may use unencrypted WS connections for emulator testing only.

Deletion Requests

To request account deletion, visit instinctrader.io/delete_account or contact info@InstincTrader.com. You can also clear local app storage from your device settings.
