InstincTrader Privacy Policy

InstincTrader is an entertainment game about timing simulated market charts. It is not a brokerage, exchange, financial adviser, or investment service.

Account Data

InstincTrader uses account sign-in so players can keep their profile and compete on leaderboards. We collect username, password credentials in protected form, optional security questions and protected answer records for password recovery, birthday for age eligibility, profile choices, preferences, high scores, statistics, missions, streaks, achievements, Kudos balance, unlocked profile items, and feedback you choose to submit.

Multiplayer Data

When multiplayer is used, the app sends player ID, username, profile icon, room code or queue type, round settings, and game result statistics to the matchmaking server. This is used to create rooms, match players, collect results, show multiplayer summaries, and operate Global leaderboards.

Sharing

Share buttons use your device share sheet. Content is sent only to the app or service you choose.

Ads, Analytics, And Third-Party SDKs

The mobile app may use Google AdMob to show banner ads and full-screen ads between rounds. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share data such as IP address, ad/device identifiers, product interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. InstincTrader does not currently include a separate third-party crash reporting SDK.

Local Storage

The app may temporarily store a copy of account profile data on your device so the game feels responsive. Account-backed profile data is synced with the InstincTrader backend when you are signed in.

Children

InstincTrader is not intended for children under 13.

Security

The production service uses encrypted HTTPS/WSS connections. Local development may use unencrypted WS connections for emulator testing only.

Deletion Requests

To request account deletion, visit instinctrader.io/delete_account or contact info@InstincTrader.com. You can also clear local app storage from your device settings.
