InstincTrader is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. The app does not provide brokerage, exchange, banking, investment advisory, or real-money trading services. Scores, simulated account values, Kudos, achievements, profile icons, rankings, and statistics have no cash value.

Gameplay And Market Content

Prices and chart dates are generated for gameplay. They are not live quotes or a replay of historical prices. Real asset names are descriptive references, not endorsements. Results do not predict investment performance.

Multiplayer Conduct

Players should use respectful usernames and behavior. The developer may remove offensive names, abusive behavior, cheating, spam, or attempts to disrupt matchmaking or leaderboards.

Kudos And Unlocks

Kudos, skins, profile icons, achievements, cards, and rankings are game features. They are not currency, property, or redeemable value.

Accounts And Guest Access

Guest Solo is available on the website without an account. Demo results are temporary and do not save progress, earn account rewards or enter multiplayer leaderboards. An account is required for saved progress and multiplayer. You must be at least 13 to use InstincTrader. Keep your login credentials secure.

Advertising And Availability

This website currently serves no advertising and includes no AdSense ad requests. The native mobile app may use Google AdMob. Website advertising, if introduced, will be limited to suitable public content pages and excluded from the guest demo, account screens, gameplay, matchmaking, loading, errors and redirects. Features and availability may change; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
